These Terms & Conditions explain how Axonwear operates and what you agree to when you use our site or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility:

To shop with Axonwear, you must be legally able to enter a binding contract- meaning you're old enough, authorized, and allowed to make purchases on your own.

The moment you sign in, place an order, or use our site, you're confirming that you meet this requirement and you automatically accept these Terms.

2. Use of the Website:

When you're on the Axonwear site, we expect you to use it the right way.

That means no trying to break in, bypass security, or access anything you're not supposed to.

• No bots, scrapers, or automated tools that dig through our system.
• And definitely no messing with the site's performance or security in any way.

Any behavior that threatens the safety or functionality of Axonwear will be handled seriously — including legal action if necessary.

3. Product Information

Some product images on our site may be mockups, but we always aim to make them look as close to the real thing as possible.

All product details — including descriptions, availability, and prices — can be updated or changed at any time, without prior notice, and when necessary.

4. Prices, Payments & Orders

All prices shown on our site are listed in BDT and will clearly state whether taxes are included or excluded. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

We accept payments through bKash and Cash on Delivery (COD). By completing a payment, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you selected.

Axonwear reserves the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders placed under the same name, address, account, or payment method. We may also cancel orders that appear to be made by resellers or distributors.

If an order is changed or canceled, we'll try to notify you using the email or phone number you provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping options, delivery charges, and estimated arrival times will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Please note: all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or any other factors outside our control.

If a delay occurs, we'll do our best to keep things moving, but we can't promise exact delivery dates.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You can request a return only if the product you receive is physically faulty — such as torn fabric, misprints, or receiving the wrong size due to our mistake.

You cannot return or exchange if:

• The size doesn't fit because the wrong size was chosen
• The product is fine but you changed your mind
• The issue doesn't fall under "physically faulty"

Only items that meet the conditions in our official Returns & Refunds Policy will qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. Anything outside those conditions won't be accepted.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

From time to time, you may come across discount codes, promotions, or vouchers on Axonwear.

Quick heads-up before you use a promo:

• Each promo has its own rules: They'll be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Promos don't stack: You can't combine multiple discounts unless we say otherwise.
• Offers can end anytime: We may modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Using any promo means you accept the terms attached to it.

Everything you see on the Axonwear website including the logo, brand name, graphics, images, text, and overall design- is protected under intellectual property laws and belongs entirely to Axonwear.

Using our site doesn't give you ownership or rights over any of our content.

Axonwear isn't responsible for things like delays, errors, unexpected issues, or any type of loss that happens as a result of something outside our control, or isn't directly caused by us.

If something does go wrong, here's the limit:

We can only be held responsible up to the amount you paid for the specific product involved in the claim — nothing beyond that.

This keeps the terms fair and straightforward for both sides.

By using the Axonwear site or products, you agree to take responsibility for any consequences that come from breaking these Terms or misusing our site or items.

If your actions cause Axonwear to face claims, losses, damages, or legal fees, you agree to cover those costs and keep Axonwear, its owners, employees, and partners protected.

In simple terms:

If you cause the problem, you take the responsibility.
