This Refund & Return Policy explains when you can request a return, exchange, or refund for orders placed through Axonwear. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the terms below.
1. When You Can Request a Return
You can request a return only if the item you received is physically faulty.
This includes:
- Torn fabric
- Printing or design defects
- Receiving the wrong size due to our mistake
- Receiving a different product than the one you ordered
If your case falls under any of these issues, you may qualify for a return or replacement.
2. You cannot return or exchange if:
- You chose the wrong size
- The item doesn't fit the way you expected
- You changed your mind after receiving the product
- The product is perfectly fine, but you no longer want it
- The reason does not fall under "physically faulty."
We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues after purchase.
3. Timeframe for Reporting an Issue
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Reports made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
4. Condition Requirements
For your return request to be accepted, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags, accessories, or add-ons that came with it
- Match the condition shown in the photos you provide
If the product shows signs of use, damage, wear, or alteration, the return will be rejected.
5. Proof Required
To submit a return request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Your order ID
- A short description of the problem
This helps us verify the claim quickly.
6. Refund Eligibility
If your return is approved, you may receive:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
The refund method depends on availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds are issued only when:
- The correct product is out of stock
- We are unable to provide a replacement
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if:
- The product is fine and you changed your mind
- You selected the wrong size
- You submitted incorrect delivery details
- You misused or damaged the product after receiving it
- You reported the issue after the allowed timeframe
- The item is a custom design order — custom-made items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
8. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- Axonwear will arrange pickup or instruct you on how to return the product
- In most cases, return shipping costs are covered only if the issue is from our side
- If the issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, shipping charges may apply
9. Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
Refund processing typically takes 3-7 business days after approval.
